All prices are based on floor type, condition, size (per square metre) and scope of work. Final pricing is confirmed after inspection or assessment and agreed upon before service begins.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The service area must be cleared of all furniture prior to arrival. Where furniture removal is required and carried out by Oak & Shine Ghana, additional charges may apply.
