Important Notice
By submitting a booking request or contacting us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
– Payment terms: Pricing is confirmed after assessment. A partial advance may be required to secure bookings, with full payment due upon service completion. Payments can be made via Mobile Money, bank transfer, or cash. Completed services are non-refundable.
– Refund policy: Completed services are non-refundable. Concerns must be reported within 24 hours, after which corrective service may be offered where applicable. Advance payments are non-refundable once bookings are confirmed.
– Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy. Personal information collected is used solely for service delivery and communication and is never sold to third parties. Full Privacy Policy is available on our website.
– Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of advance payments. Full policy applies.
