Payment Terms

At Oak & Shine Ghana, we maintain transparent and professional payment terms to ensure a smooth service experience for all clients.

Pricing & Quotations

All prices are based on floor type, condition, size (per square metre) and scope of work. Final pricing is confirmed after inspection or assessment and agreed upon before service begins.

Advance Payment

– Residential services may require a partial advance payment to confirm booking.

– Commercial and large-scale projects may require 50% advance payment, with the balance payable upon completion.

Payment Upon Completion

The full balance is due immediately after service completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

> Mobile Money

> Bank transfer

> Cash (where applicable)

Payment details will be provided on your invoice or quotation.

Late Payments

Outstanding balances not settled within the agreed timeframe may attract follow-up charges or service suspension for ongoing contracts.

Maintenance Contracts

For recurring or maintenance services, payment terms will be outlined clearly in the service agreement or contract and must be adhered to accordingly.

Non-Refundable Services

Once a service has been completed, payments are non-refundable, except in cases of proven service failure directly attributable to Oak & Shine Ghana.
