Cancellation Policy
At Oak & Shine Ghana, we value our clients’ time and ours. This Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure efficient scheduling while maintaining a fair and professional service experience.
Cancellation Notice
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booked service.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may result in:
– Forfeiture of any advance payment or deposit, and/or
– A cancellation charge to cover reserved time, preparation, and resources.
Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access to the service location at the agreed time may be treated as a no-show. In such cases:
– Advance payments are non-refundable, and
– Oak & Shine Ghana reserves the right to charge for mobilization costs where applicable.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule services without penalty when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.
Oak & Shine Ghana Cancellations
Oak & Shine Ghana reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, including safety concerns, unsuitable site conditions, or equipment issues. In such cases, services will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time, with no financial penalty to the client.
Contract & Maintenance Services
Cancellation terms for recurring or contract-based services will be clearly stated in the relevant service agreement and shall take precedence over this general Cancellation Policy.
Policy Relationship
This Cancellation Policy forms part of the Oak & Shine Ghana Terms of Service and should be read together with our Payment Terms and Refund Policy.
