Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Oak & Shine Ghana. By booking, requesting, or receiving any service from us whether via our website, WhatsApp, phone, or any other channel you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services

Oak & Shine Ghana provides professional wood floor cleaning, polishing, buffing, restoration, protective treatment, and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients. Services are delivered based on the floor type, condition, and scope agreed upon prior to commencement.

Inspections & Quotations

All quotations are based on information provided by the client and/or physical inspection of the floor area. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual site conditions differ materially from initial details. No service will commence without client approval of the final price.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service delivery, clients agree to:

– Ensure the service area is cleared of furniture and personal items prior to service.

– Provide access to the premises at the agreed time

– Provide assess to water and electricity

– Inform Oak & Shine Ghana of any existing floor damage, special finishes, or prior treatments

Where furniture removal is required and carried out by Oak & Shine Ghana, additional charges may apply.

Payment Terms

– A partial advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.

– Commercial or large-scale projects may require 50% advance payment.

– The full balance is due immediately upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include Mobile Money, bank transfer, and cash (where applicable).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of any advance payment.

Oak & Shine Ghana reserves the right to reschedule services due to safety concerns, unsuitable site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Policy

All completed services are non-refundable. Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of completion. Where applicable, Oak & Shine Ghana may offer corrective service in line with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Service Results & Limitations

While we strive to deliver the highest professional standards, results may vary depending on:

– Floor age and condition

– Previous damage or improper maintenance

– Wood type and finish

Oak & Shine Ghana shall not be held responsible for pre-existing defects, structural issues, or outcomes beyond reasonable professional control.
